Mel 's Carpet Cleaning is FANTASTIC! I had some awful stains and they did an exceptional job getting them out! Great customer service and very professional. Price was more than fair for the amount of work they did I would DEFINITELY hire again and recommend the company to anyone needing carpet cleaning. Outstanding!

Mel was extremely thorough. He addressed every stain I was concerned about 2 of which were extremely difficult (coffee and a red sonic cherry limeade stain). We hired Mel to clean a carpet that we were sure would need replaced, but we wanted to give a cleaning a try. Mel made it look new!!! Even friends who had seen the carpet previously were amazed. Mel was absolutely a marvelous selection for the job I hired him for. I had purchased used furniture, and I did not realize until I got the furniture delivered to my home, that the sofa and both the chairs were heavily stained. Mel was successful with the sofa, no problem, but the chairs were more difficult. He has made 3 different trips to remove the stains in the chairs. He is a professional all the way, and he takes pride in his work. He has exceeded my expectations not only in his professional work ethic, but also because he was disturbed that some stains just would not come out after 3 attempts. He is reaching out to try to find a solution. I look forward to hiring him again in the future. His character is beyond reproach. He is a very nice gentleman, and I am very glad of the choice I made choosing him.
