Estimator came out as scheduled. Installers, KSB, Home Improvements were there on time and did a very professional job. I am very pleased with my new windows.

The installer was terrible. When he got through with the door and left, I went out there and could not open the door. He had not lined it up and I ended up doing it myself. I filled out an evaluation with Lowe's and nobody ever contacted me. They did not respond to my complaint. I shouldn't have hired them. The price was fairly reasonable. I had to call them twice to get them here in the first place. I would not hire their workers again.

After much looking at the store and reviewing recommendations from the employees there, I made my purchase. I had them deliver it and install it. When they arrived it was right on time. The installers got directly into it and busy. Very professional, fast service. Door worked and looked great when they were done.

Elizabeth, the kitchen designer, did a great job of helping us through the process. However, the shipping company damaged several of the cabinets and the job was delayed twice because of this. Even though Lowe's was not directly responsible for the damage, they stepped right in and offer compensation of lost time and trouble. They took responsibility for their contractors, and made us, the customer, happy. Thank you. Furthermore, management went to great lengths to make us happy in every way possible.

Horrible. We first went into store and had trouble getting someone to help us, when we finally did we requested installer to come out for quote. He arrived as scheduled and was competent. He told us Lowe s would contact us next day to have us come in and pick out product for full quote. Lowe's did not contact us at all, I decided to go to store, and paperwork was not finished. I went home called next day, still not finished. They told me it would be ready by the next week on Monday. When I went in on Monday, it was still not ready. I elected to wait 15 minutes then picked out product. Installers called promptly to set up the install. When they came out they told me that not enough product was delivered and all they could do was carpet. Lowe's said they would pay for extra product and ordered it to be delivered to me. By this time we are over a month from date we walked into Lowe s to order. Product came and installers were sent out a week later. They came and started installing product but half of product was made in Belgium and half in China. The installer said the laminate did not fit together properly. They explained that we would have to order product again, and it would be another month with bare floors or we could go into Lowe s and find something in stock. We did. During this whole time I had to keep calling Lowe's every other day trying to figure out the money side of things. I asked for 20% off of whole order, they agreed to pay for extra product and give 10% off of laminate only. Back to the install, I went to Lowe s to find in stock product and was told to find similar quality. So I brought home new laminate that looked nothing like our preferred purchase and waited for installers to schedule. Finally a week later product was installed. Installers were at my house until 11 PM. After they left, we noticed that they covered up floor vent. I have been calling installers every day for past week with no response. Currently we are waiting on Lowe's to contact installers to have them come out and cut the whole out for the floor vent. When I called the sales manager and explained the experience I asked that he take the original 20% off the order that I had asked for originally. He denied the request and explained that if I paid for extra product then he would give me 20% off. When I asked to speak with regional manager, he gave me a first name only and refused to give me his contact information. They ended up paying for extra product needed and gave me 10% off of laminate order which came to $140. From date of purchase order is almost finished at about 3 months later.
