Leland gave a reasonable estimate, performed the work package in a timely manner, stayed within budget and communicated issues as they arose. I would encourage you to give him a call for an estimate when you decide to do home repair/remodel. Leland is honest, prompt and concerned about his customers. I find these qualities lacking in most customer service organizations today, you would be well served to get his bid on your work.
Description of Work: My aging parents' home was in need of a home remodel to make it ADA compliant. The bathroom entry and floor space was too small and we needed an opening made at the end of a long hallway to minimize the distance traveled to and from the sleeping and living room areas. A bedroom closet needed to be removed to enlarge the bathroom floor space.

Leland Hinkel was punctual, worked the entire work day (except lunch), and was conscientious and honest. He had a strong work ethic and fixed things he came upon that were not up to code after consulting me. His work was exceptional and I am very happy with the finished room.
Description of Work: Remodel bathroom - take out window; installed walk-in shower, new flooring, vanity, lighting, and exhaust fan; removed ceiling mold
