+ -1 moreRick completed everything we had requested, and he answered all of our questions regarding the use of the fireplaces in our home.He demonstrated a willingness to help us with any question we had. He was friendly and never appeared to mind the questions we asked of him. That was appreciated by us.
Description of Work: We contacted Kansas Hearth Products when we were in need of having someone who could change the use pattern of our two fireplaces. Our primary objective was to have the fireplace in our Great Room become the wood burner, and the fireplace downstairs to have the gas logs. Previously the fireplaces had been used in opposite fashion. We contacted Rick Williams and he came to our home to look at what we had and desired to accomplish. He provided us with a bid for the job, and we made the decision to schedule him in to our home to do the work. In the course of that activity, we sought advice from Rick about some other questions we had.
