+ -1 moreHe was fantastic to work with. He listed our house and had a full price offer within a week of us listing and prior to the open house taking place. He was excellent with marketing our home. He also shoveled snow off of our driveway when our home was vacant, met with contractors to make any needed repairs, etc. since we were already moved out. He also knew about a window/glass warranty that we did not know about (since we were not the original owners) and that saved us some cash to replace a few glass windows/doors. I cannot say enough with how impressed I (and my husband) were with him.
Description of Work: Joseph (Joe) Myers represented us in the listing and sale of our residence. The cost was based off of half of the 6% real estate commission fee (he got 3% $8625 and the buyer's agent got 3% $8625).
