Joe's Concrete

Initial contact was good. Work was performed, he brought his school aged children to assist, but worked with them. On the day they were going to pour, snow was predicted. We called and questioned about this and were assured all would be well. Several inches fell and we contacted him about whether or not it should have been covered, were again assured that all would be fine. After the snow melted w noticed there were several spots with discoloration and that a spot was flaking. He said to wait a month and see what it looked like then. We understood he would check back, he says we were to call him. Regardless, I contacted him about 2 weeks ago and he was to call the following week and set up a time to view. I called him on 7/22/2013 because it was raining I thought he would not be working and ask about him coming and also advised him of several cracks that have appeared. He was VERY rude, saying he "was not at our beck and call" and that "liquids" crack. I told him I didn't expect him to be at our beck and call, but did expect him to honor his word and his guarantee of 100% satisfaction. He claimed he would come and check on the problems. We haven't heard from him since. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM!
