JIM MORGAN PEST CONTROL

It went very well. This gentleman is very professional and knowledgeable. He's been doing this for 30 years - since he was a teenager I believe. The service and options are clearly and patiently explained in advance. He and his assistant worked hard in the August heat to get it all done in the promised time frame. He plugged every hole in the driveway and porch with a fine concrete mix and they are barely noticeable now. This guy knows his stuff and he is less expensive than some of the national companies. We were very pleased with the service. I already recommended him to my neighbors.

Terminix was more than double what I will be charged by JM. Very pleasant and offered, what I believe will be better service. Terminix could never the get the dates for service right, was always calling to tell when they would be here but the service guy (who was great!) had no idea that he was supposed to show up on the dates and times that the office said. Tired of the confusion and when I realized what I would save....done deal!!

My experience I had with Jim Morgan Pest control was great. I called and left a message on the answering machine. Monday morning I received a call back from Jim. He stated he was booked until late June but he was able to work it out in his schedule to get to me that same afternoon. Jim was very professional and friendly. The quote I received was for $92.50 which I thought was awesome. I had another quote from another provider and they wanted $195.00 to do the exact same thing. When Jim finished the job, he charged me only $82.50 for the job because he stated the area was not as big as he had thought when he quoted the first price over the phone. I thought that was great. Now there would have been others who would have kept the original quote rather than discounting it like Jim did. I appreciate his honesty and I would highly reccommend Jim to anyone who is needing pest control. His prices are very reasonable. In fact, I am having him come back every other month to spray. If anyone is needing pest control, it would be well worth it to give Jim Morgan Pest Control a try.

Jim Morgan has taken care of my home for years and also a business. In addition he also exterminates for family and friends. Great guy, very professional.

He arrived right on time on the morning of the job. He began the task of drilling tiny holes in the floor of the basement, garage, sidewalk, and all around the house. This was made more difficult because he had to move everything away from the walls in the garage and pull the carpet back in the basement. He was extra careful with our property and was especially courteous about moving his truck out of the driveway so I could get my car out. He was very knowledgeable about pest control and explained everything he would be doing the day he gave me the estimate. After he finished his work, he moved everything back to where he found it, and tacked the carpet in the basement back down. He also filled in all the holes he had drilled. He even explained that I should not get the plugs wet for at least 48 hours or the plugs could fall down in the holes. He was very careful that when he was in the house that he did not let my dog out, which I greatly appreciated. When he was finished, he went over everything on the bill and was extremely reasonably priced.
