+ 0 moreGentleman came within five minutes of appointment. Wore surgical booties over shoes to keep carpets clean. He went through entire house (scattered jobs) and gave a very thorough estimate. Company has standard ranges and he told me the maximums for the job, emphasizing they might come under estimate but never over. To estimate at house cost $49.00 and due to gas/distance from Wichita, he would need to charge that again when he comes to do the work. Based on his suggestions, I installed the light kit in my living room fan myself and will have them do the bedroom fan install and exterior plugs. It was a very professional encounter.
Description of Work: Asked for estimates for two exterior electrical plugs, install fan/lamp assembly in master bedroom and install light kit in existing living room fan. Gave estimates in time and expense for each item and overall costs. Electrical plug on inside of exterior wall reduced cost of exterior plugs. Replacing ceiling light with fan requires fan box and electrical change. Suggested owner could install light kit in living room.

+ -1 moreThe three way light switches in my Kitchen and Laundry had burned out. The technician repaired both switches. They have a flat rate for every item that includes parts, service, & taxes. I.e. the flat rate for a three way switch is $99. I needed two replaced therefore my bill was $189. The technician was very punctual, friendly, & knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.
