I am the buyer and needed a home inspection for piece of mind. I was going to use the other A rated one here on Angie's List but they were backed up. Justin with Insight Inspections was able to get my inspection completed just 2 days after I called him and that was due to my choice, he actually had a few slots open sooner. He arrived at the house a few minute early and got right to work. I showed up for the last 30 minutes of the inspection to find out the results. He walked me around the house and personally showed me the few areas of concern he had and the possible solutions. Later that day I received a PDF of the inspection results complete with photos detailing everything even average everyday items like "master switch to cut off power to the house" and "valve here turns of the water to the house" circled on the pictures in case I should ever need them. My only complaint is he does not have Radon testing equipment. He informed me he is certified but the equipment is on back-order so this may not be an issue in the future. The DIY Radon test is only $7 so it wasn't a huge deal.
