They gutted our basement due to flooding. The service was excellent. We plan to have them back to redo our sheet rock and the rest of the finishing work.

+ -1 moreExtremely easy to get in touch with before the job and impossible once the job started. There was little communication to the employees throughout the project for there manager (Dan). this missed putting in the roof vents the first time around. Once the job was about 90% done they asked to be paid in full, AND NEVER CAME BACK TO FINISH. They left part of the sheet rock to do , all of the painting and part of the siding. I feel like I've been robbed! I have tired to contact them several times and only talked to Dan once. He said he was extremely sorry and would be here to finish on Thursday. They never showed and he never answers he phone any longer. In my opinion, if you want to be swindled, then these are the guys for you. If not, BUYER BEWARE and chose another contractor. No matter how much cheaper they can be, you will lose your money in my opinion.
Description of Work: Added an addition to the roof, re-shingled the roof, added 2 vents and 2 skylights.

+ 1 moreThey planned on finishing up the whole day. In this area, you can't find anybody to the job. They've been very nice, they're very clean and they treat you with a lot of respect. It's just beautiful. They did a great job and they were very fast. What they did survived a couple of windstorms and also snowstorms. My experience has been good.
Description of Work: ICT roofing and remodeling provided me a general remodeling service and they quoted me a shower, vanity, tiles and floor. They built a really strong floor and they put a glass door.
