Description of Work: Removed old carpet and pad, installed new carpet in living room, dining area , stairs and upstairs hall. We had moved all furniture so they started in right away and were finished in about 5 - 5 ½ hours.

Description of Work: Horton's installed underlay in kitchen, dining, and entry way after we removed the old wood flooring. Very please with the installer, was very professional, it was pricey, but worth the cost. The layout of the floor was such that a seam had to be made between the dining area and front entry way in order to complete the installation. I don't think anyone will ever find that seam. The installer was excellent, we are very happy with the selection of the vinyl flooring from Horton's flooring and the installation. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Carpet living, dining areas, hallway, and stairs. Very prompt. They did a good job in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Purchased during flooring sale, I would not buy off first price as the price kept dropping as I procrastated over time, and saved thousands of dollars. Install went well other than furnature was not put back just where it had been before and as a single female moving the furnature even a little was a lot of work. They only way to avoid that would be to ask them to move it when they come back, but I didn't I just moved it. Would use again and refer to others.

Description of Work: Carpeted the entire two story town home. Pricey - carpet was on sale - but great service and professionalism.

Description of Work: Excellent quality of flooring that was solid sheet in two bathrooms and laundry room. It is expensive compaired to big box stores but much better quality. We wanted something that would last for 20+ years. Frank was our installer and has done everything to make our experience a good one. We will be going back when we decided to purchase carpet and wood laminate--also expensive that other places, but the quality and guarantee is much better.

Description of Work: We attempted to shop for carpet at the E. 13st store without success. It was very difficult to get anyone to call back and answer some simple questions after visiting the store and bringing home carpet samples. After a few days of this we took the samples back.
