drapery cleaning
+ -1 moreI came home after my first cleaning to find my back door unlocked and the key to my unlocked home in my mailbox despite the fact that the ladies were supposed to take the key for the next cleaning. The cleaning was ok but a few things were missed. I sent a text to the 'how did we do line' on Friday regarding the issues. When I had not received a response by Tuesday, I called the office, expressed my concerns and left a message for the owner to call me back. Now nearly a week has passed and I have not received a return call or text. Obviously the security of my home and the retention of customers is not a priority for Home Maid. I have advised them that their services are not longer required.
Description of Work: We hired the service for biweekly in home cleanings. I had some reservations because I was told they would not arm or disarm my alarm system but decided to give it a try.
