 + -1 moreIt went good as it always does. We have used Hawks for aprox 30 years and have had numerous men that have come out to spray. Kelly takes care of us now and is an assent to the company. I would trust him if I had to leave the house and he had to lock up!!
Description of Work: The provider sprayed the house and around the house also sprayed the garage.

 + -1 moreI will never contact or use Hawks again. Very unprofessional in not calling to reschedule. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt that they had lost my phone number and called them at least five times and left messages.
Description of Work: I contacted Hawks as I thought I had termites. Their regular exterminator came out and said yes, you have termites and he would contact the terminte exterminator to come out and give me an estimate. The termite exterminator came out and gave me an estimate and I accepted the quote. They were to come out a couple days later to treat the area. On the day of the scheduled treatment, the weather took an abrupt turn and I was called and told they could not treat due to the high wind, but that they would call to reschedule. I have not heard from them since and made at least five phone calls to the Hawks' office and left messages for someone to call. They never did.

 + -1 moreThey will spray for all different pests. The dogs will have a flea infestation and they will spray your home and outside. We had a great deal of ants one time and they were multiplying quickly and I called them and they knew what they were doing and the ants were gone. They are very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I use Hawks Inter-State for monthly pest control. They spray for pests and or mice.

 + -1 moreFirst asked for inspection when another tradesman indicated possible termite evidence. Hawks' rep came out and looked and assured me the damaged area was NOT from termites but moisture. This gave me some confidence in their integrity. He did inspect the rest of the home (after assessing the first area) and showed me one side of home that did have termite tunnels built. He indicated he could treat only for area where they were found or full house. Effectiveness obviously won't be known for some time, but I felt as thoough I was getting sound, honest advice.
Description of Work: Whole house termite treatment with one year warranty. Single level, slab-on-grade home.
