Terrible Kitchen Remodel Experience Schedule promises not kept. Tile workmanship so bad it had to be completely removed and redone. Stove not leveled to counter top height. Two-day installation took multiple trips and over a month to complete. No apologies, no offer of compensation for inconvenience and stress caused, but very eager to be paid in full. We do not recommend Granite Transformations.

Great! Designer LeAnna came out and recommended a quartz top that went well with the rest of the bathroom, and chose perfect vanity doors and laminate to go with it. They were able to do the work the week we requested and the installers were professional, accurate and did a wonderful job. And cleaned up when they were done! This was an expensive project, but the quality of the materials, the finishing details, and the workmanship were worth it.

Two workers came out and it took one day. The interaction with them was good. It was expensive. I am thinking about using him for the kitchen.

Very professional people, from the original presentation of bid to the completion of the work. There was only one place on an upper piece of woodwork which was damaged during the installation. Work done as promised. It was a pleasant experience. I have recommended them to my friends.

They did a great job! They honored their initial quote and their pricing was reasonable. They were able to schedule the installation about one week after the consultation. They then completed the installation in about three days. Clean-up was amazing! They even polished the countertops after and showed me how to as well. It looked like new construction when they left. My experience with them was fantastic!

The job took them longer than it had anticipated installing them. It was completed all in one day. However, they left some parts back at the shop and they had to go back and forth to finish the job. He promised me that I would not notice any seams. You can see all of the seams and even feel them. It is also not level and I can’t set items such as a pan or cutting board on it because it will wobble. I talked to the man who was running the job and he told me that it was just way it was. I was not happy with the work and nothing has been done about it.

The counters turned out nice and they were able to fit them into an older Victorian style house. The carpenters who completed the installation were great! They completed the job in less than a day and they left no mess behind. After the job was finished, we found out that we had to set the sink ourselves. The salesman had said it would be a turn-key situation. When I contacted the office, they said I was told this before the job had started. I installed the sink myself. It has been about three years, and the sink now has three cracks in it. I would recommend others to upgrade the sink and not purchase the standard one. My experience with them went okay overall.
