Real Estate agent Bill Graham misinformed us with regard to a flood plain issue on our property. Initially, he said the flood plain was not a problem, but after 5 weeks on the market he informed us that the flood plain was a major problem and we needed to do something about it. Real Estate agent Bill Graham listed our home at a price which he could not get. Less than a week before our 90 day contract was up, he informed us that we should drop our asking price by $20,000. There was no prior indication from the agency that the home was overpriced. We were disappointed that Graham Inc Realtors could not sell the home, but that's not the reason for this negative review. The reason is that we were seriously misled on two issues which a professional realtor should have knowledge about. We should not have had to deal with either of these issues while trying to sell our home. On the plus side, all of the staff at Graham Inc Realtors were all very pleasant to work with.

Graham Inc. Realtors was okay. They sold our house a few weeks ago. We had them for like three months. They did what they were supposed to do, they sold the house. They updated the ads. I would tell people to use them, they sold the house quick.

They are very honest. They did a great job and they are just wonderful. They are on Dave Ramsey's ELP (Endorsed Local Providers) list.
