+ -1 moreSales person was temp or sub, as she did not know the installation prices and was not even sure of the parts prices. Manager came to help. Orginally scheduled just speaker replacement. When later came for appointment to install speakers, we also purchased a new radio. The sales person refused to call the install shop to determine if we could keep our appointment with the additional equipment. We cancelled appointment and took parts elsewhere for install.
