I bought a house that was totally misrepresented by the broker. The house was in a lot shape then I could ever imagen.Chad brought his crew in and totally re-did the house from top to bottom. From custome building a Ada compliant walk in shower to replacing the entire water system. If it needed done Chad and his crew did it. The misses is happy and that's all that matters.

Our water heater stopped working abruptly. I talked to Chad Thursday evening and we had a new water heater up and running by noon the following day. They were courteous, professional, thorough and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

What started out as a tree trimming/garden clean-up continued with replacement of two decks added — all because Chad and his crew were available, and I could handle the project costs. Chad, Sam and Randy and others worked hard all 3days in 100+ degree weather and were all very pleasant. I expect to be hiring Farmer’s again!’n

I originally hired Farmerâ s Remideling and Yard service for tree trimming and garden clean-up. I learned he also did deck repair, which I needed, and the project list grew. What Chad and his crew did in 3,days was unbelievable. Chad, Sam, Randy and the others were efficient and more than pleasant as they worked on some of the hottest days of the year. I expect Iâ ll be hiring Chad as other project arise.

They were here the next day and great service

They were available the next day to start the tree removal. They cleaned up the mess when they finished for the day even though the job was not finished. They were courteous and knowledgeable and gave their recommendations for stump removal. The price was fair. They did not require a deposit but asked for half the payment after the first dayâ s work. At the end of the job they told us everything they had done and what to expect in the months to come about the stump decay. The noise was minimal and we could barely heard them from inside. We were very pleased with the work.
