Description of Work: Our roof was torn off and completely replaced in less than 2 days, 2 levels. Andy was always prompt in getting back with us with any questions. We are pleased with the quality and the look our new roof has given the house, and the guys cleaned up proper! We received several quotes and chose this provider, which was the middle price range, for the warranty, service and product...plus the great reviews we'd already checked out on Angie's list!!

Description of Work: They put the roof on the house late one afternoon and did the garage the next day. The other damage to the house was done by an individual we do not want to name who was recommended to us by our representative from Farha. Some of the work that this individual did was of such poor quality that we question how long it will last.

Description of Work: My exhaust fans in the my bathrooms were condensating and leaking on my ceiling. Their rep, Joe, came out right away, examined the problem, proposed several options to fix it and came back the following week with supplies to complete the repair. Farha was terrific, very responsive and I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again.

Description of Work: I had 3 roofing contractors give me estimates; all 3 were referred by individuals I know. Farha was the only one that followed up -- called to ask if there was anything else they could provide. Turned out they were low. I really liked that they calculated airflow through the attic and recommended additional soffit vents.

Description of Work: Farha has earned my disaster/hail damage business for my lifetime. My house had about $10,000 to $15,000 worth of damage in the May hail storm in NE Wichita. Farha boarded up my broken windows for me before I even agreed to go with them. I did get about three bids on all the work, and Farha came in the lowest. That is not why I went with them though. I went with them because they just flat out promised to take care of everything for me, deal with the insurance company, and get the roof, windows, gutters, and AC done in one fell swoop. I never missed any work, and they did the work for what the insurance company paid so I did not have to come up with the deductible. Everybody that worked on my house was extremely polite and easy to work with, and in the end I had upgraded my roof, gutters and AC to a much better quality than I started out with. Ben Farha has been fantastic. A-Plus experience. Thank you so much.

From day one, Farha Roofing's professional response, service and follow-up outpaced their competitors' actions. During our initial meeting with Ben Farha, my wife and I had the feeling we could trust him. He was very open with us, thoroughly answered our questions and gave us several options of materials for replacing the roof - he did not lead us toward the costliest option. All personnel in the Farha organization, from the salesman to the customer support folks to the crew that installed our roof displayed the utmost professionalism and expertise during this project. On the day of installation, the materials were delivered at 7:15 am , the salesman, his assistant and the foreman and his crew arrived at 7:30. The salesman and foreman met with us and briefed us on the safety aspects concerning our dogs and protection of our adjoining structures, AC unit and shrubbery. As the work began at 7:45, the crew's organization and preparation for the job was obvious - every member of the crew knew their tasks. Farha Roofing finished the job in one day, as promised. The debris was removed, the surrounding areas were swept for nails and our driveway and walks were swept clean by 6:00 pm. Farha's bid was the lowest, their products and workmanship warranties were the best. The whole experience exceeded our expectations - we appreciated the customer-oriented service. JOB WELL DONE, FARHA ROOFING!
Description of Work: Met with our adjuster. Replaced 20 year old shake roof with GAF class A fire rated Timberline HD shingles. Resealed all vents and replaced damaged decking. Reworked flashing around chimney for more efficient water drainage.

Description of Work: Farha removed my old roof system and installed a new roof system in only two days. Farha went above and beyond my expectations. They installed additional attic vents so my home would meet city code, and made sure it was coved by my insurance. They also lifted a section of decking for me so I could insulate a few pipes that kept freezing on me. Farha made sure everything was clean and all trash was picked up. They were very careful of my landscaping which was very important to me and shows that they care about their customers. Farha also installed a new gutter system. They gave me the option to color match the gutters I had or they could help me pick out a new look for my house. I chose to color match what I already had. Farha also took care of my AC unit and painted my damaged trim.

I called Farha Roofing that morning and they were out the next day. Five homes on our street went with Farha Roofing and they did a superlative job.
