These guys had my air conditioning up and running within two hours of my first call to them. It was really hot so we were grateful for the quick fix.

Came out within an hour or two of my call on the July 4th weekend.

Very friendly. They came out that day w/in a few hours of calling. Fast troubleshooting down to a bad compressor. Said it was going to be hot the next few days and said they could come out the next day (saturday) to install the new unit. Installed new unit and coils in less than 4 hours. Very impressed would recommend for anything.

Fast and efficient!

They were the first - and only - company to call back after our A/C stopped running late the night before. The temperatures were up to 80 in the house by 6 am. Justin and Preston were very professional and knowledgable. They identified the problem and while Preston ordered the new part, Justin performed maintenance on the unit. The part was not available and had to be overnighted. Preston returned with it the next day and had the repair finished within an hour. I signed up for the maintenance program - also reasonably priced - and feel like these guys will keep our future heating and air conditioning issues in check.

Justin did a great job! He was very knowledgeable about the system and gave me several options.

Justin came out on 11/18/15 to fix our furnace. He was on time, very professional and the service was very reasonably priced. My husband was home and said he was very pleased with the service and professionalism Justin displayed. He found the problem and fixed it in an efficient manner.

Justin came out on 11-2-15 to do an inspection of our existing htg & ac systems. They were 25 yrs old. After Justin thoroughly explained the options our decision as made. Justin was very helpful with the cost & efficiency of each option. Justin & his co worker were very good at what they did. They replaced both the htg & ac as well as removing the geo thermal connections at my request because of the age of this system. Both of these gentleman was more than professional while doing there work. I would HIGHLY recommend Epic htg & cooling to anyone. The work was done on 11-9-15.

Great Service! Central A/C went out one day, new system installed and running the next. Competitive pricing, straight forward communication, I knew what was going on every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them for any of my a/c or heating issues.

Very nice and friendly, seemed knowledgeable. Was glad he called in after the work was completed and made sure everything was still good.

Justin arrived by 10am on the day I requested service. Fortunately my A/C wasn't broken, the coil just needed a better cleaning than I had given it. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and also showed me how to read the gauges so I would know if another repairman was lying to me. It's not to deal with an honest repair person. I highly recommend this company.

Requested a pro through homeadvisor in the morning, Epic responded very quickly and was onsite within 2 hours. Standard maintenance call, but good opportunity to meet and evaluate. Our technician, Justin, was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Great experience.
