Description of Work: Replaced storm damaged roof shingles. |Workers arrived the afternoon before schedule and essentially had all of the shingles removed and roof prepped for shingling for the next day. Workers worked efficiently and effectively and completed clean-up and were deligent in cleaning up the workplace before leaving. I could not be happier with the rsults, and would recommend them.

Description of Work: Roof was replaced due to hail damage. We have used Wichita Roofing (now Eaton Roofing) a couple of times in the past also. Would not use any other roofing company. Bill, our sales rep, is always available and responsive to our needs. He was very helpful in helping us understand the insurance process as well. Our roof looks fabulous!

+ -1 moreThe company put the material on my roof. A few years later and still in the written warranty period, I discovered a leak in my home from the roof. The reason for the leak was that on my roof was a low spot that had standing water that did not drain from my roof. This issue(standing water) occurred right after installing my roof but did not leak until later. I, being the consumer, did not know any better. I figured if it kept the water out after installation, it was good. I trusted the company to give me a good roof installed under manufactures specifications. I was wrong! I contacted Wichita Roofing, they said if water stands on the roof, that voids the warranty of that material which is the same thing the manufacturer told me after I contacted them. I told WR that they put it on that way from the beginning. They refused to cooperate in any fashion and were extremely rude. So, I guess with WR, make sure YOU know how your roof is supposed to be installed, because they don't.
Description of Work: The company gave a bid and signed an agreement to do the work. Recover my existing flat roofing material with another same type material.

+ -1 moreIt took a long time to get started, but there were many, many roofs damaged in a hail storm. The work was done in 3 days, and the new roof looks very nice. They do guarantee their work, and I was pleased with the job.
