Description of Work: I called them on a Friday afternoon, the person I talked with said he couldn't get to it until the next Tuesday. I agreed with him saying he would call me. I have not heard back from him. I called him because he had high reviews with Angie's so could wait to have a reputable lock smith.

 + -1 moreLocksmith was recommended by me to my friends and they were wonderful. My friends loved them and asked me to submit a review since they are not on Angies List. The locksmiths even traveled out to near Garden Plain. The guy was there when he said he would be. Reasonable rates- Punctual, friendly and professional.

 + -1 moreFred changes key combinations and makes new keys while I wait, he does quick work, the quality of his work is flawless.
Description of Work: My wife and I own 23 home rentals. Every time we change tenants in a property we change all of the locks. I always bring the locks to Douglas Key, even when I have to travel across town because, Fred does quick professional work. Yes you will also receive some interesting conversation, but you know the new keys will work flawlessly, and price is good.
