 + -1 moreWe bought our car from them. My experience with them is pretty good. They diagnose the problem from the car pretty quickly and they can get it fixed pretty quickly. Their facility is a certified facility. We have not had any problems with them. Their prices are a little high. They are pretty responsive. Regarding professional, I would give them a "B" and the only reason I would say a "B" is because we have had two or three incidents where they put the wrong oil in there and then they had to go back and drain it out and put it in again.
Description of Work: I used Don Hattan Chevrolet for an oil change and preventive maintenance.

 + -1 moreSet appointment by service department and also requested loaner car till repair was done. the next day I came in when they opened and was told to wait in the waiting area. After a hour I asked about loaner car and again told to wait. after 2 hours they finally told me they did not have the loaner car they promised for me. Was told to come back the next day. After the 2 hours wait time they did not even look at truck for repairs. It was still in write up service deptment. So again I came back and this time I was told to wait in waiting area again. After another hour of waiting the service writer came up and said all loaner cars and trucks are gone again!!! And again my vehicle was where I left it in the service writers department. I finally gave up there and went to Donovons and got great service there!! Thank God for Donovons Chevrolet.
