Description of Work: I ordered a FTD arrangement online for my wife on our anniversary. The flowers were not fresh but the worst part was that the size of the arrangement and number of roses was about 40% smaller than the same FTD arrangement pictured on their website. To add insult to injury, I called and talked to the manager thinking it was an honest mistake. He excepted zero responsibility and was a bit stand offish. He assigned all blame to the web service that they partner with and refused my request to deliver a replacement.

 + -1 moreI have used Dean's Designs in the past. Their quality in Wichita is unsurpassed. They did a beautiful job in providing the exact design I had asked for. We were using blue and purple colors. The only problem I had was that too many of the purples actually looked like pink. I only had to make one phone call about that and the problem was fixed within a couple of hours. They had done my mother's casket piece several months, prior, and people are still complementing their talents.
Description of Work: Designed and delivered casket piece for my dad.
