Came a day early and got the problem fixed.

Very professional!!!! I would highly recommend them!!! They did an awesome job!!!!

Very well, so far (knock wood} 3 others came out and never checked the coil for a leak. Simply recommended the outdoor and indoor be replaced. Dan's check the coil and that was where the leak was. This saved us between $3 and $4,000. So far so good. \

Installers were good people, did everything I asked and I am very happy with the installation.

He found a problem that needed to be so we scheduled for the work to be done.

We had our geo-thermal HVAC system replaced with a Trane high efficiency conventional system. They are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I have used them before, and have always been impressed with not only the actual work performed, but their responsiveness. Besides HVAC work, they also do minor blurbing jobs, like water heaters, drains etc. My only negative, is that I sometimes think their charges are a little high, but then I think “you get what you pay for”. I would definitely recommend them!

It went great. We called on Friday and got a quote over the phone. Installer came out on Saturday and did a great job.

Service from the sales to installation was outstanding. Earl (sales) and Justin (install) were very professional in all aspects. And came in under budget.

Rip off, I believe I was not supposed to be charged for a free estimate! but they charged me $75 anyways...

The cost was like $80 because I have two units. The do a great job, the quality is high. Responsiveness is a little lacking, it usually took them a little bit longer than I expected for them to get out there. The workers were great.

What a wonderful job, from the first appointment when I received the quote to the finished product. The gentlemen that quoted the job did a great job of explaining all the work that would be required and the options that I had when choosing a heat and air system. The job was started on time and the 2 men that completed the task ran in to some unknown conditions due to it being an old house, but it did not stop them and they still performed an outstanding job!! And I was not charged any extra for the problems that they had to work around. I cannot say enough about how well this went. They kept everything cleaned and picked up during the install. I am a picky person when it comes to workmanship and I could not find one flaw anywhere. What true professionals these folks are to their industry. They set the example for how all companies should conduct business. If you decide to hire this company, you will not be disappointed.

Called Dan's to get an estimate for replacement of my A/C and furnace. They were on time for the appointment and spent considerable time reviewing my present systems, space to be covered, and what type of system specifications I was interested in. They did a work-up of my needs, presented me with several options, and were very responsive to several different follow-up questions. Although I did not use their services this time since my budget was less than what they proposed, they did all they could to meet my needs at a price I could afford. I would readily recommend them.

They were professional from start to finish. They came out on short notice to investigate when the heater went out in a rental unit I own. It was a very old unit and needed to be replaced. Dan's bid was competitive or lower than others I received, and they were able to install the new unit within two days of initial contact. Very professional and nice to work with.

I was very pleased with the work. I had used them a year before, and would use them again. 0

1 1/2 hours late with no notice until on his way. Tech was friendly and professional. Instead of providing filter as part of advertised service, used one I already had.

Very quick and efficiently did not run into any problem after new switch was install the furnace came on with no trouble problem solved.

The serviceman was considerate when he put on shoe covers. Many servicemen would'nt cover their shoes. He explained every service that was performed. He also explained about the maintenance agreement. A brochure was given to me explaining the maintenance agreement and a business card was also given to me. Overall the service was great!

My furnace was very dirty and had been neglected for years. It was letting off a high amount of carbon monoxide. I was prepared to pay for a new system. Chris went to work and cleaned it up. When he finished not only was the carbon monoxide within a safe level, he said it was exceptionally low for a system as old as mine. I feel like he was very honest and forthright. He saved me thousands of dollars. Great experience.

It went very well; however he showed up on time, he was there about 10 min. before appointment and he called first to let me know that he was on his way. The service guy was very professional and he done a great job completing his work and an excellent job in cleaning up after himself.

Everything went great! It was a big job. From getting the estimate, to the people that put in the heater, etc., everything went very well and I would recommend them to everyone.
