Henry was very professional and friendly. He was very skilled and confident in his craft. He explained things as he went and didn't mind me standing over him watching. He was efficient with his time and made me feel very confident with his skill level. Henry also went out of his way to check over the paperwork from when I purchased my air conditioner to make sure it wasn't still under warranty! I will call Dan's again the next time I need service. They came out to the house the same day we called for an estimate. Of the three estimates they had the best pricing. Once we scheduled the appt to have the system installed they completed the entire job the same day. The city inspector came out shortly after and noted that we needed additional minor work done. Dan's Heating and Cooling sent their installer out the next day we were available and fixed the problem.

I called Dan's because our old air conditioner was not cooling the house at all. This was not the first time we'd had someone out but it was the first time Dan's came out. The tech worked for a couple hours on the unit but it still would not cool the house properly. I was so impressed with the service tech's attitude and effort, however, that I decided to contract with Dan's to replace our furnace and air conditioner. They did not pressure me on the purchase but they did give professional advice and they answered my questions completely. They did a proper measurement of the home and recommended a unit that was sufficient for the house. I purchased a furnace and air conditioner that is not top-of-the-line but it is not the cheapest unit available either. I was very impressed with the work done and the attitude of all involved. They performed the work as scheduled and did little things like making sure there was protection on our floor where they came in and out of the house. They completed the work promptly and the Unit works great! My energy savings has been significant. I would highly recommend Dan's to anyone for service or replacement of heating and/or air conditioning.

They came out the very same day that we called. They were wonderful. They only charged me for the part that had to be replaced. We have a contract with them and we will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I called Dan's to come out and give me an estimate for a new air conditioner and coil. Steve came out to the house and did a very detailed inspection of my air conditioner. He spent over 2 hours looking at my air conditioner & assoiated equipment, and answering all my questions. One question I had was the return ducting attaching to the air conditioner. When my house was built, the return duct they put in was undersized. So, not only did they install a new air conditioner, they also re-ran my return with larger ducting, installed a 5" easy access filter, and added a humidifier. The guys that did the work were very professional, knew what they were doing, and cleaned up well after they were done. The work was done in a timely manner and was very neat. I am very happy with the quality of the product, and the job that was done, and feel I got a great product for a very fair price. Dan's estimate was several hundred dollars cheaper than another estimate I recieved for the same Trane unit. I would recommend Dan's to anyone looking for a good product at a good price. All of the employees I came in contact with were very pleasureable to work with. I am very happy with the services I recieved from Dan's.

We are very happy with them. They are very conscientious. We see pretty much the same people all the time. They installed the system quickly and did a good a job. They have kept it well maintained.

They are very thorough when they come out and do anything.

He was fabulous. I had had a lot of problems with our heater during the winter when it was really really cold. There was only one company that could fix it. After having 3 technicians came out and looked at it, Dan came out and he did what he needed to do and it was finally fixed. He explained that it was just worn out and we did replace it. He had to come out twice and he was great. He handled it, he explained the energy credit we would get. He was very knowledgeable.

I thought it went pretty well. They removed all the older equipment and even removed the old AC pad. They were very professional and made sure they didn't get my floors dirty by laying down sheets in their walk way. The City inspector said they did a very good job.

I first spoke to Steve Gile on the phone and received a general estimate from my answers to his questions, then he set up an appointment to come over in person to give a definite estimate, only $73 more than what he told me on the phone, the tax and labor are included in the estimate. Two men came to put the AC in, they arrived a few minutes early and they were friendly, it took only 3 1/2 hrs to complete the job and that included cleaning up, vacuuming and all. They did a great job. I was happy with their work and during this heat wave, very happy with how the AC works.

They have been in business for a while. I had several people come out and do estimates, and of all the people, they were the ones who were most willing to work with what I wanted. They first came out to do an assessment and gave me an estimate. They went the extra mile and even refined the estimate to do exactly what we wanted. They didn?t come pre-determined with what they wanted to do; they were just totally upfront and gave me a lot of options that I could pick from. I was very happy with them. They did the work on time, and were clean and efficient. I was really impressed. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

The equipment that they recommended failed within the first year of service. Junior was rude and very difficult to work with. TOTALLY unprofessional!!

The salesman was very thorough in his presentation and after a few days showed us how they were going to do this task. They showed up at 8am ready for work and in 3 days had the job completely done. They removed the old system and completely built the new system onto the basement ledge. (As I said the house was built in 1923 so we have a 3/4 scale basement area) The workmanship and professionalism was impeccable. They were cheerful and accommodating to us in every phase of the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in this area.
