D & D GARAGES

This is your guy for a solid garage. I got bids and interviewed other builders for 2 years before I was comfortable enough to sign a contract. I'm so glad I went with Jim and his guys. If we ever move and need another garage, I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. Jim, the owner, is on-site working every single day with his crew. They've been together for years and they are pros. The other trades that have come after them, like the electrician, have nothing but compliments about the way the garage was built. I wanted an oversized garage with custom trusses and an oversized door, and he was happy to oblige. Some of the other builders I spoke with wanted to keep things more basic and simple. His bid was extremely competitive because he doesn't have the overhead that the larger companies do. You may not see D & D Garage commercials on TV, but don't let that scare you off. As the garage was being built, I saw a man talking to Jim one day. I went out to see if it was someone I needed to talk to, but no. It was a neighbor a few blocks down that had used D & D to build a garage years ago. He noticed Jim and made a point to come up to him and thank him and tell him how much he still loved his garage. I thought that was a very good sign. After the job was done, I had a small leak by the walk-in door. One of his guys came back the next day and fixed it. I also liked that they didn't have a bunch of the work subbed out. They even did all the concrete work. It's thick and looks great. Anyway, I'm picky about this kind of stuff and they still did a wonderful job. A+++
