Description of Work: I referred Computer Troubleshooters to a friend when she had computer problems. They insisted she need a whole new computer, she decided to wait and ask another person whose husband worked on the computers at Boeing Aircraft. All she needed was an $8.00 cable not a whole new computer. I would never send anyone to Computer Troubleshooters again.

+ -1 moreThey remotely accessed my computer. He only spent about fifteen minutes of time working on my computer. The changes that he made disconnected the driver for my printer and he didn't reset the driver after the repair. I had to call them back to to remotelly access and reinstall the driver. He charged me for these services as two different calls. I thought it should only have been charged as one. If it were not for this additonal charge, I would have been really happy with their services.
Description of Work: I used their services to repair my computer.

+ -1 moreThey were available and helped me with my emergency call. They charged me by the hour and they did all the work online. I had to call twice because they did not fix the problem the first time and it only took him 10 minutes. The prices were too high.
Description of Work: I used Computer Troubleshooters for computer problems to fix the driver and the software.
