I have only used this company for plumbing services, but they are very nice people and very responsive in an emergency. Kent, one of the owners, is willing to work around my work schedule to give quotes. He also once came to fix what I considered to be a sub-par faucet installation the same day it was done after 5:30 in the evening. He said that his guys were used to installing certain faucets and the one I already had threw them off... he was very nice about it and had it fixed within an hour. The employees are also very nice people, and they do great plumbing work. I'm a single female who knows enough about plumbing to know when she's being taken by contractors, but not enough to want to fix it myself. I have always felt that these guys are honest and fair in what they charge. Also, I hate to advertise this, but if you get ahold of their cell phone numbers, they will respond and won't make you go through the office... pretty nice perk when your dining room ceiling is caving in. :)

The plumber arrived on time. He was clean and very pleasant. He went right to work repairing the leak in the drain pipe for our kitchen sink. He had to go under our house, in the crawlspace, and was very efficient with his time and work. He repaired our issue very quickly. We would definitely use this plumbing contractor again in the future! Their work was excellent and very proffesional.
