They did a really good job!

The completion of the installation was done in a timely manner. The work crew was great and did a fine job. All contract schedules were met and adjustments completed.

The installer would show up and work anywhere from two to eight hours on any given day. He would often spend several hours each day on the phone. When they were finished I completed a form identifying areas of the project I was unhappy with. This brought a visit from the supervisor andmanager. I showed them several issues and the supervisor was aware of some ofthem and said he intended to fix them, which they did on a return trip. I feel the quality of the materials was very good; however I was very disappointed in the installation.Some parts were damaged when installed Almost nothing was straight and level. Windows dropped 1\4 inch or more in a foot. Nice screens will not work if there are large gaps around the edge. When they finished the job, there was no cleanup, leaving screws and burrs everywhere. Every time it rains I have water coming in under the walls. They will come and work to fix all the issues I find, but I paid the money they wanted and I expected a quality job completely done when they were finished. I will not let this company work on my house again.

Excellent the initial meeting was conducted professionally. They answered all our questions, and presented all payment options. After selecting what we wanted the doors and windows were fabricated and delivered in the time premised. The installers were professional and courteous. We had trouble with the alignment of the french doors. The company responded timely on two occasions to adjust the doors. On the second visit the technician was not satisfied with the doors so the company fabricated and installed a completely new set of doors. excellent product, excellent service, excellent warranty.

The estimate we received was slightly higher than other estimates; BUT it included everything (removal and disposal of old windows) interior modifications needed, wrapping the exterior casings. There were no suprises. The windows arrived in a timely manner. The quality of the windows, as well as the quality of the installation and cleanup did not disappoint us in any way. We are repeat customers; this is the second home with complete chamiopn windows. Our first experience with Champion was so good:40 windows and 4 10 foot slider doors, that we did not hesitate to consider using them again. Their attention to detail, follow up, and customer service is what makes them an oputstanding company.

i have some siding damage from the recent hail storm in the riverside area. siding that needed to be replaced, but i wanted the premium si thding that i had originally paid for, but they just would not concedethat they sold me cheaper siding, so i am done.

Overall I was very pleased with the quanlity and speed of the work. There are a couple of minor leaks when there is a heavy rain, but nothing too serious. I plan on having them come back out again one of these days and enclose the walk out basement pit underneath it. The workers were very friendly and professional all the way around. I do recommend this company and I do plan on using them again!

I was very happy with Champion overall. I had several other companies quote the windows and Champion was the lowest. With that being said, I wasn't the biggest fan of how their pricing and such is setup. They often have crazy deals (50% off) and such and you have to haggle with them to get the best price. They reminded me a lot of the "Car dealer" sales. I think the final price we paid was 75% off of their regular price (which is terribly inflated :) They also really wanted us to buy before they left. The guy was very nice and since it was the last quote I was getting I knew my other options. The more I said that I was going to look at other options the lower the price got. Again, I'm not the biggest fan of all the haggle, but if it gets me a good product at a decent price I guess it's worth it.

The windows wouldn?t come in till the end of September. So far we are totally satisfied with them. They gave us the best price by far of anybody. They only make vinyl windows, and not wood. We are replacing our front wood windows with vinyl. Their colors seem to match okay and they seemed to go out of their way to give us a really good price. They were very professional. When they sent a worker out here to measure the windows he seemed very conscientious. He took his time to measure everything and to check the window sills outside. Our window sills outside are rotten, so they are going to have to cut them out, put new ones and cover them with aluminum oxide.

They were in and out within two days, which they said it would only take two days. One of the windows cracked after a year and they replaced it free of charge. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

The salesman was a bit "hard-sell" and that made me quite wary. But all went very well. The man who came out to measure was pleasant and efficient . The windows arrived within the time frame promised. The workers were prompt, careful and pleasant. They took only a brief lunch break and worked quite late to get it all done in one day. They cleaned up well. The manager came by to check up on them in the mid afternoon and followed up by phone a couple of days later. I am pleased with the service and the product.

They were very professional, nice to have around and very courteous.
