Description of Work: Chad was referred to us by a friend many years ago. He does great remodeling work and allowed us to do some of the work ourselves. He has remodelled multiple bath rooms in our previous house, installed cabinets, installed countertops, removed walls, built shelves, etc. etc. etc. And apparently he can install basket ball goals too !

+ 0 moreI have him do small stuff here and there all the time and then big stuff on occasion. He does handy man stuff and some build out. He is good, that's why I always call him. If he can't get the job, he'll come out look at it at least to give you an idea on what you need.
Description of Work: They fixed just a few things recently. I had a masking fence area I needed him to cut down and he did that. He also put down some lights.

+ -1 moreEvery project has gone very well. Chad shows up on time and works very effeciently and is very respectful of my home. He is very talented and experienced in any project relating to the home. I have never had to pay more than what he estimated the project to cost, it has always been right on or less. Having Chad available for my home projects or renovations really gives me peace of mind, I trust him to get it right and at a fair price. I can't wait until my next project!
Description of Work: Hung special order interior doors. Chad is a perfectionist and very detail oriented. He has taken out walls and completed the finish work, put up crown molding throughout my home, installed new base boards and even hung window coverings for me.

+ -1 moreWe've been impressed with all the jobs he has done. We really like it that Chad let's us do some of the work ourselves. He does very professional work, does a great job of communicating options, and has always had great suggestions on ways to keep our remodeling costs down. He trustworthy and very easy going... and gets along with our toddler and our dog.
Description of Work: Chad has completed many home improvement projects for us. Our biggest project was remodeling our kitchen and dining room. He removed two walls to make both rooms more open, installed and repaired sheet rock, installed all of our cabinets and a new vent hood, and completed all of the finishing work. He was completely remodeled two of our bathrooms, built a privacy fence, and installed shutters on our house.
