Central Key & Safe

Overall, I had a good experience with Central Key & Safe; I would consider calling them again. I'd begun the process of replacing several locks, but with an old house and old locks, the the job rapidly became more time-consuming and challenging than made sense to complete as a new DIYer. My phone call to the business was answered immediately, and I set up an appointment to have a locksmith come to my home to do the work I specified. A locksmith did contact me promptly the next morning, and arrived within thirty minutes of his call. The locksmith was both personable and professional. He got the work done competently and quickly. In the future, I'd recommend that the individual dispatching locksmiths tell the customer approximately when a locksmith will be available up front. I was asked if I would like a call thirty minutes prior to the locksmith's arrival, which was great, but not told which day they had the next available appointment. It was easy enough to ask the question, but I can see someone assuming that they might get contacted the same day. I did not provide a rating for price, as this is my first experience using a locksmith, so I don't have any info. for comparison.
