ling was pleasant I went into meet with a salesman at 535 s. Emerson st. I met with Fritz and he was great, had a lot of knowledge. He was more concerned with what I wanted not what he wanted to sell me. After making a couple of selections I had him come out and measure the rooms that I needed carpet in. It took a day or two to get the measurements turned into a quote, but he told me it might take some time. Once we okay'd the quote, I called in and paid the half down that it required to place the order. The carpet took about 2 weeks to get here and then was scheduled for installation. Andrea, whom, does all of the scheduling was very pleasant to talk to. The installers that they sent out were there when they said they were going to be. They were very polite, and respectful of my home. They finished the job faster than they anticipated, cleaned up and left my home better than when they found it. I was really impressed by the entire experience, and will definitely use them again when I have some other flooring work that I need done.

Everything from making selections to scheduling, actual work performance and billing could not have been better. Every person we encountered from Carpet One was courteous and professional. We had laminate flooring laid in a kitchen, bathroom and entryway; wood floorind laid in the living room, dining room and hallway, and new carpet on the stairs and in the family room downstairs. It all looks great. The installation was done well. The installers were friendly, prompt and courteous, and they took great care in cleaning up after themselves so as not to cause any further issues. I would highly recommend Carpet One to anyone with flooring needs of any kind. They were wonderful!!
