Description of Work: Their quote was lower than all others and the gentlemen were very personable so the got the nod. The painting in the house went good (could have been better cleaning up)I asked them to come back and seal my handicap ramp in back with SurfaceMaster. At first, they said it was too hot to put on (it was in the upper 90's) When it got cooler, I didn't see them and called. They promised to come over and do everything on a Saturday. They arrive at noon rather than 8 am. I was advised by the manufacturer that I need two gallons. At 5:30pm, the two workers (the owner and manager never showed up) said that they would finish on Monday morning early; however, there was only 1/2 gallon left (not nearly enough to finish) I left for about an hour and came home to see them cleaning their hands with gasoline in the front yard, killing my grass in three places. When I confronted them, they said that's only a small spot. It wasn't small it was two spots about 12" in diameter and one spot 6" in diameter. They never returned on Monday and I have not heard from them. I have hired another firm to finish my ramp. Very disappointing.
