Craig responded quickly to a email inquiry and was hired to completely re-do our back yard. This included adding a zone for drip line irrigation to three newly landscaped garden beds, as well as accommodate the corrected fence line. He chose at installation to simply move some existing rotors, rather than replace the lines as he had proposed. When the work was completed, only two of the three drip line beds had water available. Calls and emails were not responded to. When the drip irrigation lines were switched on this spring, they backflowed out two other zones. Not the quality of work I expected. I will have to hire another irrigation specialist to correct his work.

I couldn't get my sprinklers to come on and reached out to Craig and he helped me troubleshoot a couple possibilities over the phone before he came out and charged me. It resulted in my sprinklers working and saved me money. We'll be using him them from now on!

Craig arrived early and got started right away. He quickly figured out my sprinkler system and repaired the broken sprinkler system. He even showed me how to work it and set it up to run on the timer for me. I highly recommend Craig to anyone needing work on their sprinkler system! We found C&C Sprinkler through Angie's List before any contact with the company. After calling to set up an appointment, Craig arrived exactly on time and gave us a very reasonable bid. While talking with him, we were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of sprinklers and what our yard needed (7 zones and 30 some sprinklers). He gave us a plan of date ranges and what would occur. The "company" is he and his wife. He promised that he would do our installation within a few weeks (as he had several other installations ahead of us). A couple of weeks later he called to let us know that the "dig safe" crew would be out in a couple of days to flag the yard and reminded us to mow before they arrived. He told us that he would be out that Thursday between 7-8am and would have it installed by the end of day on Friday. Thursday morning came and he arrived exactly at 7:00. He was able to begin work and his wife arrived at 8:00. About an hour later, a tremendous thunderstorm was heading for our neighborhood so they went home which pushed the installation time frame out a bit. He called that evening to let us know that they would be out the next morning at 7:00. They arrived at 7:00 and worked extremely hard, long hours in 100+ heat. They came back at 7:00am on Saturday to finish and were completely done by 10:00am. They showed us each zone and sprayer and explained how to set the timer, etc. They left the user manual and also placed their business sticker on the electronic box in the garage so we would always have a way to reach them if we had questions. We will have them out this fall to shut it down as his maintenance prices were very reasonable. All his work comes with a one year guarantee. I was very impressed with his professionalism and keeping us informed. We did have one other company give us a bid which was about $2,000 higher.

This is a husband/wife team and Craig is retired United States Airforce. We made an appointment for him to view the property and he arrived on the time we agreed. He explained what he would have to do in order to install the system to give us the coverage we required. They use only Rain Bird equipment which is a high quality product. I had quotes of around $4000 so his price was very good. We agreed to have him install our system and again he arrived on time on the day of the installation plus his wife. It was a very hot day and they both worked very hard and the system was ready late afternoon for switch on. The system has worked well over the past few weeks and we are very pleased with everything. Great couple,great company simply the best for less.

The system was installed in a timely manner as scheduled. It has functioned properly since installed last fall and continues to perform to date with no issues. This spring when the rains started I discovered than the drain line for my sump pump had been punctured when the sprinkler system was installed. I called the company and explains what had happened and they came out and repaired it..

They are a topnotch company. They are punctual and do a good job. They sell good stuff. I don’t have to call them back for anything. Their price is very comparable to the market price. They were not the cheapest company, but they were not the most expensive either. The quality of their products is really good and their service is excellent. I could not make the first appointment and they were able to reschedule to my schedule and they were there on time. The guys, as I recall, are retired military guys. They cleaned up everything and did a great job. They are not the largest company, but they are top notch. I would not use anybody else apart from them.

He was extremely curteous, got the system in quick, and did a very good job. He's very affordable and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a system installed.
