MY DEAD TANK WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE THE NEXT MORNING AFTER I CALLED. THE JOB WAS PROFESSIONALY DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. I'LL NEVER CALL A DIFFERENT PLUMBING BUSINESS.

I use Brand Plumbing exclusively because they are always professional and they get right on my issues. With plumbing, it seems like every situation is urgent, but this company always takes it in stride and gets us fixed up' I use them on ally rentals because I trust them to be accurate and fair,

Brand Plumbing was great. They responded immediately when I called after finding water on the basement floor. The guys were here within 1 hour. They removed the old hot water heater and installed a new one. I was up and running within 30 minutes after the installation. Brand Plumbing has always responded quickly to my calls, regardless of how large or small the job. They are always professional and so far the cost has been reasonable. I will definitely continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

I rate Brand Plumbing Inc. with an F and would never recommend them to anyone. We were doing a kitchen remodel and they didn't do what we requested. We asked for certain piping and they put something else in. They didn't tell us they were putting something else in, until they got all the piping done. He said they didn't have enough of the kind of piping we wanted, so they went with the other brand. Every day, they left huge messes, including razor blades. There were razor blades under the sink. I went to clean it out, and thank goodness, I used a wisk broom before I just took a rag and went in there, because there were two open razor blades underneath the sink. When I called the management to complain, he said it was the end of the day and they were in a hurry. They did a horrible, horrible job. The workmanship was okay, but it wasn't what we requested. It wasn't how we wanted it. Everything works, but they used a material only they can repair, so you're forced to call them for repairs. I checked with three other plumbing companies in the area, and they don't carry the materials to fix it.

It was incredible. It was pretty amazing that they got all done in one night. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite and they did a very thorough and a good job.

Brand plumbing installed the plumbing in a home we built in 1999 and in our second home we just completed April 2011. With our second home their workers installed the main water supply to the wrong location, returned to move it to the correct location without charge or compliant. They have been super to recommend plumbing equipment and methods that have been shown to work well and that other home owners have been satisfied with. I have had many contacts with Mark Brand and Jeff Doyle at the company and they have always returned calls promptly and been very helpful. They have also come out to do some minor work at our home, such as changing out faucets and installing a water powered Base back-up sump pump.
