+ -1 moreI dealt exclusively with Brad Hackworth, one of the owners of H&W, and he was involved in every aspect of the work from the initial measurements to the final clean up. I expected quality materials and workmanship and I was not disappointed with any aspect of the final product. In addition to the Class IV shingles that are required by my HOA, I noticed during the cleanup, that they had used the heavier felt rather than the usual 15lb. option used by most contractors. The fascia was replaced with a more durable "lifetime" material. Brad took the cupola from the gazebo home with him one night and rebuilt it so it could be reinstalled the next day. He also personally installed the sun tunnel and skylights. All of the company's employees were courteous and non-intrusive. They were all english speaking, as well. All seemed very proficient in the tasks they performed. Clean up was adequate. I was well satisfied with the entire project from start to finish, and impressed with the owner involvement.
