Problem between house warranty and what the plumbing people said needed doing to replace the unit.

I recently had granite countertops installed in my home. Afterward, I hired a local handyman that identified himself as a plumber to install strainers and reconnect the drain pipes. After having him back a second time for massive leaks, he still failed to properly install the drain pipes without leaks. I called Bowers Plumbing Company to fix his mess. They were prompt to respond and Matthew was very professional and did a great job. The cost was also extremely reasonable as well. The old saying holds true... buy cheap, buy twice. I highly recommend Bowers Plumbing Company for all your plumbing needs.

My upstairs toilet was leaking onto my living room ceiling. The first Bowers Plumbing technician cut a hole in the ceiling and then told me he wouldn't have the parts for my old toilet so I needed to just wait and see if it leaked again. It did. The 2nd technician "fixed" the toilet but when he was leaving, it leaked right in between us as we were standing under the hole in the ceiling. He told me to shut off the toilet for a couple of days and then try it. I did and it leaked just as badly as it did before he came out. So I called them back and they refused to come out and fix the leak. They DO NOT stand behind their work!

I was really upset as I tried to install the water supply valve on my toilet and afterwards it was leaking AWFUL in my basement. I called Bowers plumbing, they sent someone out immediately and quickly fixed the problem. I couldn't be more impressed with their service! Thank you Bowers plumbing u saved the day!

Wow! My sump pump failed and water was overflowing the sump in the basement. I called Bowers Plumbing and told them about my situation. They arrived within half an hour, and 45 minutes after they arrived, the new pump was installed. Great service by Bowers and Greg (the plumber who installed the pump)!!!!!!

Went quicker than expected. Job was done in one day. Install was a neat clean job. Only complaint is that the old cast iron pipe was supposed to be stacked neatly along the crawl space wall but was left just moved over to allow space for the new pipe

I have HomeServe insurance for Hot Water Heater. They chose Bowers Plumbing. I was impressed from the first call. A friendly lady that set the appointment asked me a lot of details about the problem and decided a Master Plumber was the best choice. I was sent a picture and a brief info about the man coming to do the job before he came. Gary Gates was older, great work ethic, experienced, and had EVERYTHING on his truck to repair or replace my hot water tank. Being in a rural area, that was a new one for me. Usually service people have to go back to town for parts. He spoke directly to HomeServe on the phone; got them to understand a repair would still require a replacement very soon and be a waste of money, so they agreed to the replacement; I agreed to pay the cost of the upgrades I needed to be to code and he installed the new water heater. It was a very seamless job, and done very clean and neat, with good information all along the way about what I needed to do to take good care of it too. I will definitely recommend this company and this plumber.

The plumber came to my house early but called to ask if that would be OK. He then sent me a text so I would know who was coming which I appreciated. He found the problem with my kitchen faucets and fixed it immediately. He also checked each faucet to make sure that there were no other problems developing, I appreciated that. He explained why the outside faucet was leaking and fixed that immediately. He was very professional but very willing to answer my many questions as he worked. I will definitely use Bowers Plumbing again when the need arises.
