Gregg arrived on time and I felt he was very experienced. Despite my request to flush the hot water heater, he pointed out that my model is designed in a way that doesn't require such service; saved me a lot of money. He figured out the bathtub leak and made nice repairs. The toilets now work very well. If you get Gregg, you're very fortunate.

Repairs went as estimated, done quickly and professionally.

It went good. The plumber was careful of carpet and things in the bathroom. The man that answered the phones was excellent. He was able to schedule us in a short amount of time.

Two projects were completely fixed, the slow-flushing toilet was worked on (and got better), but the plumber admitted that we might need a new toilet.

The Remodeling went very well, the did what I wanted & they came pretty close to what I have requested

It had leaked under the foundation, so they referred a company to come clean that up. I was out of the state at the time and was able to communicate with them over the phone.

Jim Bowers is all about getting the job done. He was very nice on the phone and worked us in on that day's schedule. I did not expect to have hot water the same day, so I was very happy. A very professional, friendly plumber (David) showed up right on time. He did a fast, clean job, and explained the process and the features of the new water heater. I would absolutely use Bowers Plumbing again.

We had a toilet that was acting up. They found the problem, it was down in the clean out in the basement. They did take care of it but they let us know that the clay tile was starting to collapse. We would have problems, we are aware of that. They could have been on time. They were in t-shirts and I understand that, but another company we had were in uniforms. I would probably use them again.

That went fine. It was $800 for a completely new hot water tank and installed. I priced a couple and went with them.

He arrived when scheduled, was very friendly, explaining all that was required as he worked, and cleaned up after himself. Cost was reasonable and service was very satisfactory. This was our 2nd call for Bowers. We had a major problem two years ago with almost a foot of water in our crawlspace under the house while we were in North Carolina. After several phone calls to other businesses, Bowers obliged our emergency call and their service was extremely prompt and satisfactory. We definitely like the service we've received from Bowers Plumbing.

Not able to fix problem due to fragile, old pipes. Got an estimate to replace the pipes. Haven't yet acted on the repair.

All three of my service experiences with Bowers have been excellent. It's the fourth call I want to mention... When I described the issue over the phone, the Bowers rep suggested a simple fix that might solve the problem. It worked and avoided the service call. That's the kind of company I want to do business with!

I ordered a new hot water heater to replace a working one. David was a half hour later than I was told to expect someone, but everything else went very well. He was efficient and took protective measures to remove the old heater. He also didn't shoehorn the new one is since it was slightly smaller. Instead, he installed new pipe/fittings to make it work properly. When done, he explained how the new one worked as well as some general information and warranty information. I've always been happy with the work this company does and was not disappointed this time.

Jason and John came out very promptly. We were told that the outdoor faucet would need to be replaced and that was the fourth time we were told to replace it. We called Bowers because they replaced our sewer and the job was excellent. Bowers told us that whole outdoor faucet did'nt need to be replaced,just repaired. They also fixed the bathroom sink drain. The cost was very reasonable. I liked that they were honest and very professional.

They were here on time, efficient, professional and had all supplies needed. Protected my flooring and cleaned up after themselves. Charges were clearly explained and cost was actually less than the estimate.

It was excellent. We really had to pin him down as to what was in the contract. He was very vague with the contract. That was just his personality. He knew everything in his head but didn't quite know how to tell us. It was a communication problem. But once we said we want this and this in the contract, he was very agreeable.

The owner was very helpful. He was super helpful. I had them replace a sink in my bathroom. I had purchased the sink prior to this event. When they went to install it they realized the my house had irregular plumbing and we could not use what I bought. The owner went with me that day. The plumber called and said we have a problem, the owner came over and he went with me to the places where he knew we could buy something we could use. He was just awesome. We got the job done, in spite of me not getting the right stuff. The only issue I had was him not being able to come exactly when they said they did. Overall, it was a positive experience and they did a good job. They helped me get some parts that weren't right and all kinds of things.
