+ -1 moreI can only say "Excellent". They made time for my problem and arrived when they said. It was a very tough clog, but they did a very great job and very quickly. I will call them again if I ever need a plumber again. I'm very happy with their work

+ -1 moreDue to the sewer line collapse, we could not live in our home. My husband was in the hospital and we were living in a hotel. My husband had initially called another well known company in town to schedule a service call. After reading the reviews on Angie's list, I just didn't feel comfortable with his choice. From the review's I chose David Lies Plumbing. The situation was explained and he was quick to let me know, on the phone, without me having to pay a service call, that I needed more than a plumbing service. I think he actually called Bob for us and visited with him about the problem. I was so appreciative, especially since my husband was not at home to help with the matter. Bob was very sensitive to our situation, rallied his men, and very soon had us back into our home. Oh, I didn't mention that he and his men did the work during a sleet and snow storm. And that it was a Saturday. I believe his price was very fair. If needed in the future, I would not hesitate to use David Lies Plumbing or Bob's Sewer Service.
Description of Work: Bob and company replaced a collapsed sewer line.

+ 0 moreAll services performed quickly and with a smile. I have used Bob's many times and have never found anything to complain about.
Description of Work: Though they did initially install the sewer clean out this visit was to snake the main sewer line. While he was there I asked him to clear all the drain lines. Washer, two bathrooms, kitchen, and main line in & out.

Description of Work: Sewer line backed up Friday afternoon. The original company that I called couldn't come until Monday. This company's owner made a special trip at the end of his work day to unblock our sewer line so that we didn't have to go to a hotel for the weekend. We have a large labrador retriever and it would have been difficult to stay at a hotel. They put tarps down throughout the house to protect our carpet. They were in and out in about an hour. They were great! I would highly recommend.
