All the work was done professionally and on time. His estimates were accurate and all the work was done very satisfactorily. I will have no problem at all asking John to help me with any other projects we have. He was very prompt and professional in the haot water tank replacement as well. The bathroom, in particular, is beautiful and functions very well. The heated tile floor is a delight! We, like most people, had some changes we wanted to make and John was very open to those changes. We were able to discuss the work with him and he had no hesitancy to discuss the work done or what was planned. All the work was first rate and nothing was hidden from us. We are very happy with the jobs done.

John was recommended to us through a friend. He gave us an initial estimate on the job and started work shortly after. He and his workers were very professional, punctual, and friendly. He was very flexible and allowed us a lot of input during the process of the remodel. We made multiple changes to our original plan and he was very accomodating. Communication was very easy and open during the project. He was easily reached and responded to calls in a timely manner. John has a very friendly, open, and honest personality. We felt very comfortable with him and his workers being in our house on a daily basis. John was very caring when it came to the cleanliness during the remodel and always tried to keep the mess to a minimum. We will definitely have John back to do future projects and would recommend him to anyone interested in an interior remodel.
