 + -1 moreThey went above the call of duty. When they went to install the city ordinance says no pipes closer than 3 feet on the roof. When the tank was taken out it then became under that ordinance. They installed, moved the exhaust pipe over the ceiling into the garage and up. That kept us in compliance with the ordinance. The job was done professionally and I would absolutely use again.
Description of Work: We purchased a tankless water heater and the only two companies that the manufacture recommended were Benefiel and Ben Franklin. I called Ben Franklin first and was given a price of almost $4,000.00 to install. I then called Benefiel and they came out and gave a price of $2,385.00. I hired them and they did an excellent job installing my tankless heater.

 + -1 moreAndy is a knowledgable plumber. He explains the whys and hows of what needs to be done and keeps you updated on a project. He is also friendly and seems to like what he does.
Description of Work: Over the past 5 years, Benefiel Professional Plumbing is the first plumbing company I call. They are a smaller company and so that sometimes it means having to wait for them to come out but they will recommend someone if they can't make it and it's an emergency. At my home they have fixed pipes, put in plumbing for a shower, and helped solve the mystery of "why is there water coming into my kitchen!?"

 + -1 moreI like them a lot. I rent, but my landlord hired him. He fixed the outside hose bib for me. He didn't charge the landlord anything for it. He was real professional and courteous. He got in and got out fast. He did a great job. He was fast and had a great demeanor. He was friendly, but he still got the job done. He was very timely. The landlord went with the best bid he got, so he was good on price. I was really impressed with him.
Description of Work: I used Benefiel Professional Plumbing for plumbing. When he came I in he did a little bit of extra stuff; I had an outside hose bib that was messed up.

 + 2 moreThey just gutted the rooms. They had contractors come and do the walls and contractors to do the tile floors. I thought they did nice quality work. As they got near the end of their project they weren't as prompt as I felt they should be. Their professionalism was pretty good.
Description of Work: I used the service of Benefiel Professional Plumbing to do some plumbing, painting and electrical work. They started the work in January and finished in March. They did two bathrooms remodeling.
