+ -1 moreThey did the job but we weren't happy. They dented our house and it was never repaired. They lost control of a trunk and dented the siding on the house. They told us they were coming and then they didn't come for several days. Once they finally came and did the job, they were nice. Their pricing was comparable to everybody else. They scheduled the work and didn't show up. My husband had to call them and they said they would come the next week.
Description of Work: We used Ball's Tree Service to trim a tree and they cut one down.

+ -1 moreI call for an estimate and they said they would be out the next week. They never showed that week. I called again and he showed up in a few hours and gave me an estimate. They did the work about a week or two later. We were very pleased with the work. They were very professional and did a good job of cleaning up. It was getting them out for the estimate that was the hard part.
Description of Work: Clean out the dead branches from 3 very large oak trees and removed the branches the were dropping too low. There was a lot of dead wood to be removed.

+ -1 moreAfter a storm blew a large tree onto my in-laws house, we needed estimates on the tree removal. My father-in-law called several companies, and ended up with 5 or 6 bids. Ball's Tree Service came out (they had done some work before for my father-in-law. Ball's was the first one he called) looked (briefly) at it, and told him it would be several days before he could do the work, and then ended up quoting a price that was more than double the price of the other 4 or 5 individual bids. Obviously he wasn't interested in the work. My father-in-law actually hired one of the other contractors, and they had the tree down the next day.
Description of Work: We needed an estimate on removal of a large 50+ year old tree that had fallen on the house.

Description of Work: I had extensive tree damage from a summer storm and Balls Tree Service was out within the hour of my call, cleaned and disposed of the damaged in a very professional manner. I would definitly use Balls Tree Service again.
