Balderas Quality Painting

Balderas Quality Painting damaged my stucco while preparing it for painting and refuses to pay to repair the damages. I would not recommend his services.

Painters never showed up on scheduled date. Tony Balderas has very poor communication skills and will only reply by text. We are senors and went to a lot of work getting ready for the painting of our walls and ceilings.Not only did they not show on the scheduled start date , but did not even have the common courtesy to call ! We called Tony the next day and he stated he was running behind but guaranteed he would be here on Tuesday at the very latest. We still havent heard from him.

We would definitely rehire Balderas Quality Painting. Tony was very professional and kept great communication from start to finish, which is very important. I normally do my own painting, but decided to hire a company to do this job and we weren't disappointed. Tony was punctual and I felt the price was more than fair. The job was finished quickly and beautifully done. The painter made sure to cover the walking area and cleaned up thoroughly; we couldn't have been more satisfied. We are thinking of having other work done, and Tony let us know the company does more than painting. When we decide to have this work done we will be calling Balderas Quality Painting.

Other than some scheduling problems, Tony did a very good job. He worked with us to match the existing ceiling textures and colors.

Mr. Balderas and his crew painted the exterior of my home in May, 2014 and repaired damaged woodwork. I found that Mr. Balderas is a very personable, hardworking and honest man. I was pleased with finished product. My home looks very attractive. I am glad he suggested using a higher quality paint (Sherwin Williams.) The contractor's discount makes the price point of the paint comparable with other brands, and my home really stands out compared with similar homes on my street.

I had my house painted by this company this year. I gave them a color chip to match my garage door that was almond. My house was painted pale yellow. The paint on my front door has started to bubble. They have been very hard to communicate with as the business phone always seems to go to a fax machine. They have missed appointments more than once and I wasn't even called. I am still waiting on Mr Balderas to contact me after he said he would be here three days ago. Not even a phone call

THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB! REPLACING DAMAGED WOOD, CAULKING INPERFECTIONS WHERE NEEDED, PRIMING AND THEN PAINTING WITH SHERMAN WILLIAMS PAINT. LETTING ME CHOSE COLORS AND LETTING ME CHECK THE FINISHED JOB. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HOW MY HOME LOOKS. JUST WISH I HAD DONE A LOT SOONER.

They did a really nice job, they cleaned up, and did not make a mess, and they finished on time, and were easy to work with.
