+ -1 moreThey were ahead of schedule by a day or two. For the last three accidents we have had, Auto Craft has done the repairs and we have always been very impressed with them. They also have a lifetime warranty on their work.
Description of Work: Replaced rear bumper, repaired side panel repainted as needed.

+ -1 moreThe insurance company who was liable spec'd used parts which is typical, including a used suspension. Auto Craft tried 4 different used suspensions and didn't like the way any of them functioned, so they finally contacted the insurance company to let them know that they couldn't find a used suspension that was satisfactory, so insurance paid for a new one to be used. I was so thankful that Auto Craft had my back and made sure the work was done right. They did a great job on the repair and the vehicle is like new. The guy who managed my repair called me every week to let me know the update and they answered all of my questions about the repair in a manner that I could understand. I loved that. I learned a lot. I would recommend them to ANYONE!
Description of Work: We had $10,00 in damage to our vehicle and Auto Craft repaired it. To clarify, we didn't have to pay for it - the insurance company paid. We had to get a new hood, bumper, door, tire, engine carriage, and suspension, and I'm sure more parts that I can't remember.

+ -1 moreI arrived at my appointment time and only had to wait a few minutes. They got my vehicle right in and started working. They let me know that if I needed to go do something I had about an hour to do it. Very friendly, courteous and professional. When I got back an hour later, my vehicle was waiting for me outside. No visible issues with the new windshield.
Description of Work: I had them replace a windshield in one of my vehicles.
