ATM Home Inspection is the premier home inspection company in Wichita. We have been trusted by home buyers to help them make informed buying decisions. Our home inspections typically range from 2-3 hours long depending on the size of the house and you are invited to follow along with your inspector as they perform their inspection. Our Inspectors are Licensed and Insured as well as multi state certified. Rob and Lynn Robinson are a professional husband and wife team. Rob and Lynn completed their Home Inspection Certification through the American Home Inspector's training Institute. They have more than 70 years of management and customer service experience between them. They have additional experience in Property Management, Building Maintenance and General Contracting with more than 15 years in Construction and Landscaping. They are both Member's of AHIT, NAHI, NACHI, IAEI and WARR. One of Rob's greatest assets is his ability to interact with the client and convey the inspection report findings in a clear, concise and understandable method. Lynn's passion for the Home Inspection business is exemplified by the way she communicates with her clients and she has multi state certification. Mission Statement: Our goal during the inspection is to give you (our client) peace of mind about all Safety, Fire and Health conditions before purchasing you new home, by following the National and Local standards for Home Inspection. General Information: We take great pride in every inspection we perform. When the inspection is over, your inspector will prepare a detailed comprehensive 30-40 page inspection report regarding the property. Our Home Inspector will review the detailed report with you to make sure you understand everything and answer any remaining questions.

He told us that the house we were going to buy was in good condition, and gave us the piece of mind we were looking for.
Description of Work: Ron was very informative and knowlegable. My husband and I were very impressed. He wanted us to follow him while he did his inspection, and explained everything he was doing. We were buying a home with a pool, and though he does not 'Inspect' pools, he owned a pool company for 15 years and gave us his opinion on the condition and maintence that would be required.
