They did a good job. I told them specifically that I wanted it done at a certain time, and they came early, which was not good to me, because I was on vacation. There was a couple of problems that they pointed out and they fixed them. I wanted them to do it at the end of June. It was an insurance deal. I didn't get to deal with the staff. The person who came and did the estimate is fantastic, but he is no longer with the company. The people who came out to do the job did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. The crew that came and did the rework was rude. He was complainign that he had to come and do the rework. The owners that came out to look at the job before it was done were courteous and they did a good job. I could have done it cheaper myself but I didn't have the time.

Sales person came out and gave me a quote that was good and they worked with me on my deductible. People (Mexicans) came out and had most of my roof shingles off the first day and the gutter guards that was on my gutters. These were to be reinstall. These were just thrown on the ground. They had to call insurance to seen about redecking my roof with new wood. They came out next day about 10, finihed removing old shingles and put new wood on. They didnt put shingles on because the brought out wrong color. The next morning they had right color. They installed new drip edge, felt, and vents. Then on went the shingle. The used nails and not stapels. At this point the job looked good. Their clean up of nails, staples from old roof, and old shingles was fair. When then went to put the gutter guards back on, they just put them on where ever amd borrowed peices from my garage to fill in the missfit gaps. They tried to fix the gaps with a newer style replacement piece. 2 months after this was done, I had squirels in my gutters going in and out because of the gaps that I couldnt not see. I had to go up and fix this and remove nails and staples from gutter. This is something I should not have had to do. The roof looks good but a lot of little things made me unhappy. I would only use this company again only If I was watching what they were doing.
