+ -1 moreI like everything about the experience. They are very personal. I like the person that I talk to on the phone. He comes when he says he is going to. When the trees were trimmed I really like how he trimmed them. He is an arborist and not just a tree trimmer. During the storm I didn't lose any branches because of how he trimmed them.
