I was extremely disappointed in the job that was performed. I needed to replace my backflow valve for the sprinkler system, and some of my manifold valves were leaking and needed repaired/replaced. While I was at it I wanted to add 2 zones for drip irrigation. It was the beginning of the season and he didnt have the money for the parts so I paid $700 up front as he asked I do... Not wise on my part. I specifically asked the lines be run through my flower bed. The day before he was planning to do the work he showed up before I got home and he had run a trenching ditch witch type thing through part of my front yard. I couldnt believe it.... I still have 1 zone on my system that doesnt work because he cut through the pipe and it leaks now. I also have a long sunken in hole through my yard, and I had to spend time and buy dirt to get it even somewhat back to normal. The backflow valve was replaced, and that went great. Next he reworked some of the manifold valves. I requested new manifold boxes because mine were old and not big enough to add additional valves. I know they make them larger, but instead two of the little 6" round covers were added next to the existing manifolds... stick out like a sore thumb and are already full of dirt and not what I paid for when I specifically ask for something. As for the drip irrigation, half of it was practically just laying on the dirt when they were done, and when I say laying on the dirt, I am talking about the main lines without holes literally laying in the grass through the yard. I could have done that myself. I was expecting it to be buried at least 8-12 inches below the ground. I literally stuck my hand into the dirt and ripped the entire system out of the ground. Stupid me paid $700 up front and redid almost all of the hard work myself trenching out the remainder of the lawn that wasn't destroyed by the ditch witch. Totally disappointed and wont ever use again.

A neighbor recommended them. The quality is good. We haven't compared their prices. Sometimes it is quite a while before he calls us back when we call him.
