Can't say enough good things about these guys! Everyone is very professional. It was a bigger job than anticipated and we were informed right away to see if we wanted to proceed. They kept us informed during the work and were very careful to clean up. I HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely hire them in the future.

I contacted the company on Thursday 4/22 and told them I need to replace an existing ceiling fan with a new one and to remount two fans that had slipped down from the ceiling about 2 inches. They quoted me $150 over the phone. I scheduled the service for Wednesday 4/27 at 9am. The technician came out about 8:55am on Wednesday. He performed the work, it did take him a while about 4 hours. Orlando the technician was very professional and thorough. One of the fans that needed to be remounted would not lay flush against the ceiling and Orlando went into the attic to see if he could figure it out. The bracket that was there was a little bent but I didn't want to spend anymore money to replace it. He was able to make it as secure as possible. If they realized the job was going to take longer than they anticipated I probably would have been charged more, but I wasn't. I will definitely use this company again in the future. I highly recommend their services and will definitely request Orlando for any future work.

They were on time , gave me a price before they started the job and were quite reasonably priced.

The overall experiences was pretty good, the issue that I had was with the estimate and the guy that did the pricing. I will explain that later. First I called for the free estimate which they scheduled for a day or so out, but told me that I may be contacted for an over-the-phone bid. I was called the next day and spoke with a guy named Carlos that told me that for my services I would be better off with the hourly rate of $60 an hour than to have the job itself bid. I was fine with that because the $60 an hour was very reasonable in my opinion for electrical work. The electrician was scheduled to come out the following day and were a little late, but that did not bother me as I was called by the main office to inform me of the tardiness. When they arrived two guys came in and worked on the house. It took considerably longer than expected, but honestly the house is older (built in 1948) and the area I asked them to work on was a prior addition to the home so the whole situation we not as cut and dry and dry as they had hoped. The guys that came to the house were friendly, professional and good at what they did. I received exactly what I wanted and they were more than accommodating. This is why they received an A on the review. The issue that I had was at the very end when they presented me with the price. They showed me the invoice and were charging $75 an hour. NOT what was told over the phone. When they spoke with Carlos relayed through the electrician that the reason it was more was that he had decided to send 2 guys out rather than the one we had talked about. Okay, thats fine, but no one ever contacted me to explain to me what they were doing or that it would cost more. I told them that while I appreciated the extra help at the house and that they had sent out 2 guys, I was not going to pay more than what was quoted. We went back and forth a little and eventually they settled on the $60 that was agreed. I did not appreciate that attempted jack up in price. I get that there was an additional person sent to the house and I get that that costs more, but the fact is I was quoted $60 and i was not told of the change. If I had and could have made a decision based on the new price per hour, I would NOT have dinged them on my review. Bottom line: I would highly recommend Apple Electric but when the bill comes: stick to your guns, let them know exactly what was quoted and let them know you will not pay more than that.

I have used them several times, and he had done work for me before then. I would use them again and again.

Prompt same day estimate, scheduled work first of the next week and completed in one trip. Good friendly, knowledgeable advice and will use them again. Wish I had them install the new breaker because I would have saved a lot of money.

He did a good idea job and is experienced. I will call him again for more work.

They spent a good part of a very hot day in our crawl space. In the process of doing they found some unsafe wiring in the crawl space. I was happy that they explained the issue and were willing to make the repair after my okay. Overall I was very happy with their work.

Wonderful. After having 2 other Electrical contractors work on problems such as breakers tripping, lights dimming I called Apple Electric to once again diagnose any problem. The estimate was done within a week of initial call and the estimator (company owner) found that I had needed a service replacement because he actually opened up the panel box, pull out the existing breakers and found most of the breakers in the panel box were doubled up and no ground was on the system. The crew came out approximately a week later and had the service replaced within 4 hours. The owner was on site at all times working along side the crew. What impressed me most was he had a crew on the exterior working on the service entrance and a crew working on the interior at the same time due to the excessive heat and not wanting to inconvenience us any more than necessary. All materials and mess were fully cleaned up by the crew before leaving. The inspection passed easily, and another plus is the electrical panel is marked in laymens terms where I understand which breaker feeds exactly what fixture. Highly recommend this company for any Electrical work.

Work was high quality and they worked very quickly. I am especially pleased that they sealed up the outside wall where the former meter had been and sealed the hole in eaves of the roof where they placed the pipe going to the new meter. A few minor things were done in a hurry: the breaker box plate was not screwed down against the breakers (Air Chem Radon noticed this and fixed it) and one light switch box screw had broken off and wasn't noticed until they left which he did come back, apologize and fix. Also he didn't keep track of what I asked him to do as we went through the house. According to the electrician, installing the ground fault outlets was not on the estimate, but the terms "install all necessary grounding" was. I will use Apple Electric again due to the price and that Carlos is a highly skilled and honest Christian man and guarantees his work, but will write down what I want him to do next time and give it to him to make his estimate with.
