About us

API is a home inspection company serving Wichita and the surrounding areas. We provide quality inspections for both home buyers and sellers with detailed reports printed on site. We check everything from the foundation to the roof, and everything in between. We are very serious about doing quality work with integrity that can be trusted! We understand the amount of trust that is placed in the one who inspects a property for you, and we don't take that lightly. As a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), we stay current with continuing education, and adhere to all ASHI standards of practice. Services we offer

Home Inspections for buyers and sellers. In addition to Buyers Inspections, we offer a special Pre-Inspection package for those wanting to sell their home. Termite inspections, radon testing, and sewer inspections can also be scheduled through API.

Excellent service. Hired on a referral from a co-worker who also had a good experience. On time, professional and a very complete well documented inspection that helped us to negotiate with the seller for the needed repairs.
